"Worst communication and customer service ever! I recently took over the management of my daughter's household. I reached out and let them know this, I sent them a copy of the POA as requested and followed every one of their instructions. I have asked repeatedly for assistance with online access to view the account information, file claims, etc. They continue to send me to the customer service and tech support for the website. I explained CLEARLY that I followed those instructions and that both departments deferred to them, stating that THE AGENT needed to contact them. They ignore me. I began by saying I had an urgent claim to get started. They either do not understand or do not care. I have lost my patience and will be looking for another homeowner's insurance company now."

"If I could rate Vananh Tran with a zero then I would! She is rude, and arrogant to say the least!! Furthermore, I am going one more step further regarding her behavior and the way she handles a claim. "You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes" ... Vananh Tran not cool! You're going to have to answer to your company soon. You better put your big girl panties on ...."

"Excellent service starting back with the phone quote and actually going up to her office to start my policy on my cars and short time thereafter a rental policy was added and each time Vananh was very polite and helpful and I do recommend Vananh to anyone who is interested in purchasing insurance 😀"

"Worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I called several time and left the message but never returned my call. I had to cancel my policy with them. When I called them few days later to send me the proof of cancellation, they said they can't mail me the cancellation letter , I told them to e-mail me the information, they said they can't e-mail the information. I finally Called the cooperative office and they took care of it. I don't recommend anyone to buy insurance from Vananh Tran agent."

"Hi Hardatt, I want to apologize for causing you more distress during this stressful time. We did receive your requests for a cancellation letter and we apologize for the miscommunication. My associate tried to assist you over the phone but the system she has access to for cancellation letters was unable to locate your specific letter at the time of your call. This is the only way for us to pull up a cancellation letter and I apologize that she did not communicate that we were going to have to spend more time locating your letter. We should have made it clearer that we needed to recheck our system and would need more time to help you directly. Due to COVID we have had to limit the amount of associates in the office and this has caused a back up with phone calls as well. I apologize again for the inconveniences we have caused you. We appreciate the feedback and will work to improve our communication especially during this stressful time. Thank you, Vananh Tran"
